Orders and Payments

  • Pre-Orders: All orders must be placed through our designated platforms by the specified cutoff time. Due to our 48-hour sourdough fermentation process, orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed.

  • Payment: Payment is required at the time of order to secure your items. We accept credit cards payments.

  • No Cancellations: Due to the nature of our artisan baking process, which requires at least 48 hours for fermentation, cancellations or changes to your order are not permitted after confirmation.

Pick-Up and Delivery

  • Pick-Up:

    • Pre-ordered items can be picked up from the following locations:

    • The Mercantile off Main  Thursdays 12pm-4pm
      164 Washington Street, Collierville, Tennessee 38017

    • Oh Grate! Thursdays 11pm-4pm
      2028 W Poplar Ave, Ste 104, Collierville TN 38017

    • Pick-up times will be clearly communicated via email or text.

How to Pick Up Your Order: Your order will be placed inside a Southern Flourery No.6 branded shopping bag with your name clearly labeled.

  • Missed Pick-Up/Delivery: If an order is not picked up during the designated time or delivery is missed, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are only available if:

    • The wrong item was provided.

    • The item was defective (photo proof required).

  • Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery.
