Orders and Payments
Pre-Orders: All orders must be placed through our designated platforms by the specified cutoff time. Due to our 48-hour sourdough fermentation process, orders cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed.
Payment: Payment is required at the time of order to secure your items. We accept credit cards payments.
No Cancellations: Due to the nature of our artisan baking process, which requires at least 48 hours for fermentation, cancellations or changes to your order are not permitted after confirmation.
Pick-Up and Delivery

Pick-up times will be clearly communicated via email or text.
How to Pick Up Your Order: Your order will be placed inside a Southern Flourery No.6 branded shopping bag with your name clearly labeled.
Missed Pick-Up/Delivery: If an order is not picked up during the designated time or delivery is missed, it will not be rescheduled or refunded.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds or exchanges are only available if:
The wrong item was provided.
The item was defective (photo proof required).
Requests must be submitted within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery.
